EVACUATION MEASURES
In case of threat and occurrence of natural and man-made emergencies, the evacuation measures shall be carried out in accordance with the developed “Plan of personnel actions and evacuation measures in case of natural and man-made emergencies”, as well as the “Plan for evacuation of foreign employees of Shymkent Oil Refinery Oil Products LLP” plan was developed for foreign employees of the refinery.
Evacuation management is carried out by the Evacuation Committee based on the Department of Administrative and Legal Matters and Human Resources, together with the HSE Department.
On the refinery territory there are signs “Alarm post”, guide signs “To alarm post” and signs “Shelter”. Also, according to the evacuation plan, as well as on the refinery territory on the upper floors of buildings there are information signs “The safest place during the earthquake”.
